New Nu O sepa separator
In the last century, the O-Sepa separator was brought to the world from Japan. In China, large and medium-sized cement grinding systems employ more of them. The primary issues with O-Sepa separators are low powder selection efficiency, high energy consumption per unit product, and outdated technical and economic indicators, according to survey results from numerous cement companies in China. Upon conducting a thorough examination and experimentation on the O-Sepa separator’s structure, significant flaws were discovered. These flaws led to a general decrease in the efficiency of powder selection, severe over-grinding of the mill, a reduction in the mill’s output, and an increase in power consumption.
The Nu O sepa separator is a new type of cement mill separator that makes improvements based on traditional o-sepa separators. It can effectively reduce the running resistance of the equipment and improve the separation efficiency, has high sorting clarity, and is more conducive to improving the ratio of finished products.
The shell adopts our patented technology of “multi-point air distribution and distribution separator”.

Successful application of NU o-sepa separator technology to vertical mill
One important guideline for upgrading raw meal vertical mills is the NU high efficiency separator. The separator uses the blade’s most recent design. N-type Osepa separator
a novel kind of separator with a horizontal vortex. The classification system is based on the counteracting of two opposing forces operating on particles: the airflow centripetal force and the centrifugal-inertial force.
Features
Simple to use. By adjusting the air classifier speed, one can modify the product’s critical separation particle size once the fan air volume has been established.
Increased effectiveness of separation. A new patent ash hopper is used in the O-Sepa separator of the next generation. This ash hopper effectively carries the tiny particles in the materials that slide into it into the classification surface, increasing the effectiveness of the classification by 5–10%.

The separator’s design incorporates the most recent advancements in global technology, offering a novel and enhanced kind of high-efficiency separator. It seeks to resolve the O-sepa separator’s issues.
Features
Precise particle categorization is possible with the use of aerofoil directing devices, which can lower air drag force and energy.
Compared to other types of separators, turbine classifying vanes are used to increase the classification room’s size by a factor of five to ten.
By removing vortices, the Baffler device placed inside the classified rotor can significantly reduce power consumption and air drag force.
The primary bearings of the rotor are lubricated with grease, which can increase performance and dependability while requiring less effort and upkeep.
The secondary material blocking ring that is inserted after the rotor can extend the life of the classifying vanes by preventing needless wear caused by direct material under washing.
