Cement bucket elevator components
The vertical bucket elevator is mainly composed of a hopper, a traction belt (or chain), a driving device casing, and an inlet and a discharge port.
The hopper holds the material. There are mainly three types of hoppers according to the nature of the conveyed material and the structural characteristics of the elevator, namely the deep hopper with a cylindrical bottom, the shallow hopper, and the pointed hopper.
The traction parts of the bucket elevator generally have two types: belt type and chain type. The belt is the same as that of the belt conveyor. The hopper is fixed on the traction belt with special head screws and elastic gaskets, and the width is 35~40mm larger than the width of the hopper. Sleeve chains or sleeve roller chains are commonly used chains. When the width of the hopper is small (160~250mm), use a chain to fix it on the back wall of the hopper. When the width of the hopper is large, use two chains to fix it on the side plates on both sides of the hopper to connect the side of the hopper to the outer chain plate with the help of angle steel.



Cement elevator Working Principle


The working method of the cement elevator can be divided into three types, that is centrifugal, gravity, and hybrid. The hopper accepts the material from the storage room and lifts it to the top with the conveyor belt or chain. The materials turn around the top wheel and turn down. Then the bucket elevator dumps the material into the receiving trough. The drive belt of the belt-driven bucket elevator generally adopts a rubber belt, which is installed on the lower or upper driving drum and the upper and lower redirecting drums. The chain-driven bucket elevator is generally equipped with two parallel transmission chains, with a pair of transmission sprockets on the top or bottom, and a pair of redirecting sprockets on the bottom or top. Bucket elevators are generally equipped with casings to prevent dust from flying during the operation of bucket elevators.

NE type plate chain bucket elevator is a plate chain type, gravity-induced discharge lifting equipment.
Large conveying capacity.

Adapting to multiple types of materials, the temperature requirement is ≤200°C.

Less ineffective power, saving 30% power than chain type elevator.

The lifting height can reach 60 meters under the rated conveying capacity.
TG
The traction component adopts a high-strength steel wire rope core rubber belt. It is Lighter than a chain lift.
Under the same production conditions, the belt can make the line load of the material and traction member smaller thanks to its high working speed and lightweight, thereby reducing the size and weight of the whole machine. At the same time, because the belt has good elasticity and flexibility, it has a damping effect when the hopper is loaded. Due to the use of a high-strength belt with a steel wire rope core, the lifting height and conveying capacity of the elevator can be greatly improved.
TH
This is a kind of chain centrifugal bucket elevator using Hybrid or gravity discharge, and scoop charging. It is suitable for conveying powdery, granular, and small-block bottom-grinding materials with a bulk density of less than 1.5t/m3.
The chain is forged with low-alloy steel and treated by carburizing and quenching. It has advantages such as long service life and easy rim replacement. The temperature of transporting materials can reach 250℃.
TD
This is a belt-type bucket elevator. It features in compact structure, small footprint, large lifting height, good sealing performance, and no damage to materials.
