Structure feature of the cement belt conveyor

Belt conveyor frame optimization: The entire machine uses finite element analysis, the overall force design is reasonable, the load requirements are met under complex stress conditions, and the use is more reliable. The main beam of the frame is made of C-type steel, the upper and lower two layers of support beams are equipped with side protection plates, the frame section size is large, and the overall strength is high.
Transmission optimization: The transmission drum of the head frame is driven by a motor cycloidal reducer, which provides stable and dependable operation and ease of maintenance. The tail frame, on the other hand, uses a small reversing drum, an optimized tensioning device, and a receiving device. Its compact structure, small installation size, and easy installation and receiving are all features of this setup.

Working principle of cement belt conveyor
The two end rollers and a closed conveyor belt that is securely covered on them make up the majority of the belt conveyor. The driving drum, also known as the transmission drum, is what propels the conveyor belt in its rotation. The reversing drum is a different type of drum that alone reverses the conveyor belt’s direction. The motor powers the driving drum via the reducer, and the friction between the driving drum and the conveyor belt drags the belt along. Usually placed at the discharge end, the driving roller improves traction and makes dragging easier. The feeding end feeds the material, which then falls onto the revolving conveyor belt and is propelled to the unloading end by the friction of the belt.
Cautions when using cement conveyor belt
Regular inspection: The various parts of the conveyor, such as the motor, roller, cleaning device, etc., need to be regularly inspected and maintained to ensure its normal operation.
Dust prevention measures: Cement powder and other fine powder materials make it easy to produce dust during transportation, and corresponding dust prevention measures need to be taken.
The selection of the conveyor belt: According to the nature of the conveying material choose the appropriate conveyor belt material to improve the conveying efficiency and extend the service life.
