Specializing in the technology of oxygen-enriched combustion

Energy-saving of oxygen-enriched combustion is adopted in the cement rotary kiln system. Some of the benefits are listed below:

The most prominent one is to reduce coal consumption and save costs. The comprehensive coal saving rate can reach more than 6% regardless of the different types of coal, especially in the plateau and alpine areas.

The kiln condition will be greatly improved due to the full combustion of fuel. The phenomenon of incrustation and blockage in the kiln, decomposition furnace, and preheater will be greatly reduced.

Clinker output is increased. According to different kiln types and production capacities, clinker output per unit time can be increased by 8%-15%.

Thermal energy taken away by nitrogen is reduced resulting from the full combustion of fuel and the improved thermal efficiency. The emission of smoke and dust is reduced by 10-30%.

For every ton of coal saved, CO2 emission reduction is 2.8-3t. Energy saving, emission reduction, and comprehensive utilization are achieved at the same time, which brings double benefits to society and the economy.

Local oxygen-enriched combustion working principle

4-6% of oxygen is added based on existing air oxygen content. Theoretically, the temperature in the kiln can be increased by 30-50℃ for every 1% oxygen content increase. By doing so, the combustion temperature of the kiln head is quickly increased which makes the coal fully burn and reduces coal consumption. In this process, the raw materials are burnt in a hurry by the rotary kiln. The clinker productivity is increased, the clinker strength is improved, and the effect of energy saving and cost reduction is achieved.
