Product Introduction
The grinding roller is the key part of the vertical roller mills in cement grinding units. It plays the role of crushing and grinding the feeding materials on the grinding table. A vertical cement mill normally has 3 to 6 grinding rolls working under various production capacities.
The grinding rollers’ quality directly affects the finished cement’s fineness and the stability of the grinding mills. It wears as the vertical grinding mill’s long-time operation. Generally speaking, the lifetime of a grinding roller is about 500 hours. This number decreases when the grinding materials have higher hardness.
