The manufacturing process of cement silo

The cement storage silo is made with the most advanced technology in the world known as a “lipp silo”. It is built using a special technique. During construction, feed the 495 mm wide coil sheet into the profiling station to create a restricted, spiral protrusion strip that is 30 to 40 mm wide around the silo body. This increases the silo body’s strength. The Lipp techniques are capable of performing the double folding structure for two distinct types of material.
