Product Introduction
The grinding table is a vital component of the vertical roller mill that holds and spreads over materials. It provides a grinding surface for the grinding rollers to apply a grinding force on the material bed. The grinding table is mainly composed of a resistance ring, a liner plate, and a base.

The manufacturing process of grinding rollers
Customized processing can be carried out according to the drawings provided by customers, and each step is carefully controlled in strict accordance with the series of casting processes. Stimulation & analysis—wood pattern—sand mold—smelting—molten steel test—pouring—sand cleaning—heat treatment—finishing—machining—Non-destructive testing—packing & delivery.
Before casting, precise revisions to the drawings are finished. Computer simulation technology is used to simulate the casting process.
In casting, the molding size and molten steel temperature are strictly controlled.
After casting, the grinding table is finished and polished, and the key parts are subjected to flaw detection to ensure the overall quality of the casting.
